ensures that both understand each other's needs as it is our experience that
often promising projects fail to take shape due to lack of finances because
a Bank's needs were not understood or because project viability was not
communicated effectively to the Bank. Thus, we ensure effective
communication and understanding between the two parties to the best of our
skill and expertise. However, we do not guarantee that a viable project will
necessarily get finances.
- Acceptance by Bank of a proposal depends
on various factors like viability of the project, client's past financial
record etc. Thus, ACPL does not guarantee that proposal will be accepted by
Bank.
- Sometimes a proposal may be rejected
despite being viable because of industry variables like Government policy
changes, change in RBI guidelines, changes in Bank policies. ACPL does not
guarantee acceptance of projects but in such cases can suggest which are
other Bank to be approached with the proposal.
- We accept fees only on success i.e, we
accept fees only once the Bank agrees to finance the project of our client,
except a small amount to cover out of pocket expenses.
- All information provided on the website
